100% PU photo-luminescent film, without PVC,
plasticizes or heavy metals, suitable for
heat transfer on cotton fabrics, polyester and
acrylic garments with a bright and long lasting
glow. Its polyester adhesive carrier allows for
easy repositioning of characters accidentally
removed.
