    Who manufactures your vinyl?

    Direct Vinyl Supply will sell only the highest quality vinyl. We feature quality brands in the vinyl world, such as B-Flex, Thermoflex, Flexi-Print, Styletech, Oracal and Starcraft printable and adhesives. 


    What are your processing times?

    All orders are shipped within 1-3 days unless stated on the website or at the store. We cannot add to orders once they are placed. 


    How long does shipping take?

    Currently we ship via USPS First Class mail and USPS Priority Mail. First Class mail takes anywhere from 3-7 days while Priority Mail takes 2-5 days, however these times are both not guaranteed times but are trackable. Either could take up to two weeks. Please note, due to covid-19 and labor shortages, there are times where your packages may take some extra time. 

    We currently ship only to the US, Hawaii and Alaska. 


    How can I get free shipping?

    If you are not local to us and can not pick up, watch out for coupons for discounted shipping and other great promotions. Make sure to sign up for our mailing list!


    Can I pick my order up?

     Absolutely!  If you choose this option, you will be called once your order is processed for pickup. This option will be the fastest option, given that you are able to pick up within the time frame listed above. If you need to change the method of local pickup, you are more than welcome to contact us at, customer service hours are Monday – Saturday 10am-6pm.

    Note: Photo identification is required at the time of pick-up. If you need to change the person authorized to pick up your order for you, please CONTACT US with your order number and the name of the person you are authorizing to pick up your order


    Do you have coupons?

     YES, WE DO!!! You can sign up for our newsletter. We frequently send out coupons to this list. It is a great way to save a little each time you order. You can also follow us on Facebook. We occasionally have coupons, games and other incentives on Facebook.


    Do you have gift certificates available?

    Yes! We offer them in all denominations!

    Where is my order?

     Once your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. If you have not received this within 1 business day of placing your order, please check your spam folder. Depending on your location, USPS can take between 2-5 days. 

    Note: Once your package handed over to the post office or UPS it becomes their responsibility.


    What is your cancelation policy?

    If you need to cancel an order, please CONTACT US immediately. If your order has been shipped, your order cannot be canceled.

    Due to the nature of our business, we do not offer refunds once your order has shipped or left the store. If you have a problem with your order, please CONTACT US to resolve the issue.

    Make sure the items are correct in your cart before paying because you will be shipped what you purchase.


    What shipping options do you offer?

     USPS First Class up to 16oz $4.99

     Orders from $7.00 to $99.99 will be $8.49

     Orders that are over $75 will ship free**

     **Special Orders/Large Orders over 10lbs Price will be quoted with order.

     In Store / Warehouse Pickup –

     Local Pickup at our Warehouse Location – Our store is located at 12111 Jones Rd, Houston, TX 77070. Pickup times for this location are Monday-Saturday 10am-6pm.

    Orders that are not claimed within 30 days will be returned to store inventory and no refund will be given.


    I did not receive my order

    If your package is damaged or lost, it is your responsibility to complete the necessary claim forms with USPS. We can help with this but are not able to file those forms on your behalf. If your package is missing, but shows delivery, USPS may require you to fill out a theft report with your local police department before they proceed with claim forms. Again, this will have to be done by the customer, as Direct Vinyl Supply accepts no responsibility for packages once they show delivered by USPS.


    Something in my order is missing, damaged or incorrect

     Our customer’s satisfaction is our #1 priority! If you have received damaged or incorrect product, please contact us and we will remedy this immediately.

    If you are missing items from your order, we require that you contact us within 5 days from delivery of your order. This can be done through email at If you do not contact us within this time frame, the order will be considered accepted as is, and we will not be able to replace any items.

    When you reach out to us at regarding an order, please include pictures of the items you received (unrolled and spread out), your box, your shipping label, and the invoice that is included in your order. This will help expedite this process.


    Can I return an item?

    Due to the nature of our business, we do not offer refunds once your order has shipped or left the store. If you have a problem with your order, please CONTACT US to resolve the issue.


    Do you have a copy of my invoice?

     We have a record of all orders that have been placed and would be happy to provide you with an emailed copy of your original invoice. Please CONTACT US indicating your request and include:


    • Order Number 
    • Name on the order 
    • Email address associated with the order
