Sheet and Roll Sizes
Widths of all Rolls and Sheets are approximate and may vary up to about 1/2". The rolls sizes from manufacturers vary and are never exact widths so when we cut them into sheets, sometimes the sheets are a bit smaller, sometimes they are a bit larger. This will be the same for any vendor that converts sheets to rolls. Rolls may vary in length, as well. We use very high quality (and expensive) equipment to measure the lengths when rolls are cut. However, there are sometimes variances that are difficult to control. We do our very best to ensure rolls and sheets are sized consistently, but for them to always be exact is not possible.

Clearance Items
All sales are final for items purchased from the clearance section. These items may appear in other categories as well so if an item appears abnormally cheap, you should check to see if it's in the clearance section before purchasing. If clearance items have any damage or blemishes it will be noted in the description. Note: the majority of clearance items will be of limited quantity. Once that quantity is sold the item(s) will no longer be available at that price.

Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled by us, we will issue a credit to your card for the appropriate amount.
SALES TAX
Sales Tax is charged for all merchandise based on the applicable state sales tax and the destination of the order.
Governing Law
Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms of Service and/or any use by you of the Site shall be governed by the laws of Texas, USA without reference to any conflicts of law provisions therein.
Pickup
Our current pickup location(s) are in the Houston area. If you are in the area this is the fastest way to receive your order. You can choose this option at the time of checkout and you will be contacted once your order is processed and ready for pickup.
Photo identification is required at the time of pick-up. If you need to change the person authorized to pick up your order for you, please CONTACT US with your order number and the name of the person you are authorizing to pick up your order.
Orders that are not claimed within 30 days will be returned to store inventory and no refund will be given.
